My name is Basma , Iโ€™m a mother, pharmacist , Health Coach and a kids nutrition specialist with a master degrees in International Health Economics living in Germany.

After spending weeks researching what’s the best nutrition for my son, I decided to put together everything I learned intoย  my courses and help other moms in an easy and informative way.

I also founded Malekโ€™s meals Instagram page, inspired by my son to share healthy recipes and raise awareness on kids nutrition in the Middle East.

My goal is to help parents feed their kids with confidence and eat healthy as a whole family.
